GROUP TRAINING:

DAY 1:

WEEKLY DIETS:

Custom-made weekly diets based on clean eating and whole foods. Real nutritionists… no algorithms.

90 targeted daily lessons give you the right information at the right time.

Share your day-to-day experiences with your training group and the larger Kenzai community. This helps you stay focused and accountable.
